Description:


Sellers will be able to create tickets with WimoShip support desk and track updates from their access.


Steps:


1. Open https://wimoapp.freshdesk.com/support/home


2. Click on Sign-up


3. Seller to enter Full-Name and Email address used to raising tickets and issues.


4. Once logged in, Click on "New Support Ticket"


5. New Support Ticket


    - Add "Subject"


    - Select Type: 

    - Select Priority: 


    - Select Group: 

  "Always select Customer Happiness" unless you would like to escalate to management "Escalations"


    -Add "Description and attach files if any.


    - Click "Submit"



6. Check Ticket Status


    - Track all raised issues.
