- Add "Subject"
- Select Type:
- Select Priority:
- Select Group:
"Always select Customer Happiness" unless you would like to escalate to management "Escalations"
-Add "Description and attach files if any.
- Click "Submit"
6. Check Ticket Status
- Track all raised issues.
